Join us for Estuary Dreams SCREENED, a special evening of video art and community reflection, created in collaboration with participants from South Essex and presented as part of Estuary Festival 2025 Anthology’s series.

Hosted at the atmospheric Hadleigh Old Fire Station, this event brings together festival credited local narrative short films and original experimental work developed through a week long workshop exploring themes including:

• Estuary & Ecocide: Addressing environmental damage and its long-term impacts
• Immigration, Emigration, Migration, Movement, Identity
• History, Industry, Ferries, Bridges
• Place, Psychogeography, Margins, Arrival, Departure
• Tides, Floods, Mudflats, Birds, Fish, Humans
• Holidays & Day Trips

Expect experimental short films, spoken word, visual installations, and conversation – offering a poetic window into the lives, landscapes, and legacies of the Thames Estuary.
