Interested in investing or developing?

Creative Estuary actively encourages inward investment and inclusive development that supports its vision for the Estuary. With good infrastructure and connectivity, the Estuary is close to London and international markets. It provides a unique location for world-class creativity and entrepreneurship. Opportunities exist for investors, potential funders, developers and businesses. These opportunities are growing all the time and many exciting developments and regeneration opportunities are already in the pipeline. We aim to influence and cooperate with local councils and planners to assist inclusive growth and to help design places and spaces that attract creative talent and work for the wider community.

If you are interested in any of the opportunities in our Property Pipeline below or considering investing or developing in the Estuary in general, please contact us.
