Our celebration event and films

Last week we celebrated the impact and successes of Creative Estuary over the last 4 years at the stunning Lab E20. Guests gathered to raise a glass to our achievements, many of which have exceeded all expectations.

We also premiered four films, each highlighting a key area that Creative Estuary represents:

  • Places and spaces
  • Creators
  • Partnerships
  • Future Workforce

A new film showing our impact was also shown for the first time. We are delighted to share with you these films below.

The films were interspersed with inspiring talks by some of those who have been closely involved with Creative Estuary over the past years:

  • Sarah Dance, Chair, Creative Estuary
  • Hazel Edwards, Area Director for the South East, Arts Council England
  • Catherine Richardson, Director of the Institute of Cultural and Creative Industries, University of Kent
  • Dani Osoba, Artist, Producer and Re:Generation 2031 alumni

Emma Wilcox closed the presentations by thanking all those who have helped make Creative Estuary happen, and especially our brilliant Chair, Sarah Dance who is stepping down from this role having been instrumental in establishing our ambitious programme.

We hope that if you were able to join us you had a lovely time and have fun spotting yourself in our photo gallery.
