Ideas Test and Creative Estuary are working together with established artist Patrick Walls on Hidden Lands – our co-commission at Milton Creek Country Park in Sittingbourne.
Patrick works on projects that explore the relationship between people and places, and developing public art interventions that encourage interaction and engagement. Community interaction is an essential part of Patrick’s practice; from the initial stages of the design process, through consultation, to the finished outcomes.
With this co-commission, we wanted the community to co-create a piece of public art that reflects the ecology and heritage of the park and Milton Creek and will be used by visitors for years to come.
