This project aims to transform an underutilised site into a vibrant facility that supports local enterprise, youth development and delivers lasting community benefits.

This is a unique opportunity to work with Gravesham Borough Council, Ebbsfleet Development Corporation and Creative Estuary to establish an entrepreneurial and creative hub for young people and the diverse communities of Northfleet.

The operator will provide workspace, hireable space, and develop a programme of opportunities for local people, emphasising the needs of young people.
