Credit Bryony Farrant-Davis Ideas Test pilot programme: Makes Waves, built capacity for young people living in Medway to develop their creative career goals. The programme engaged 9 young people aged 16-25 in Creative Producer training, with opportunities to meet and talk with industry professionals, gain paid work experience in a creative area of their choice, access mentoring and skills-based workshops and receive a £1000 budget to produce a creative project of their own.
Make Waves is supported and funded by Creative Estuary, Medway Council, County Council, and Theatre 31.
